I have been to at least 10 different so called hypnotherapists and NONE has been able to help me. I don’t lose hope that some day I will find my Elman or Erickson.

Both of these greats had their evolutions of their methods. Larry talks about how his dad’s course changed from the 1st time he took it the 3rd time….which was approximately 5 years.

On Dave Elman’s records, Dave makes reference to teaching old stage hypnotists to change tone and verbiage when in a medical context. Larry believes that Dave is talking of himself, and of the changes in the course in the very early 1950’s.

These changes were caused by observing the differing environment for stage vs medicine. The changes were also augmented by Dave observing the field work of the doctors.
