I should do more Laughter Yoga. Tapping (EFT) is quite effective for me. My Tai Chi Master would not allow me to exhale with my mouth open. I think she is right. There is Tedtalk on this by Patrick McKeown who said that the mouth should be shut when exhaling.

In #5, I have found that I don’t even have to be congruent to effectively relieve stress by laughing. Sometimes stress has built up to the point that an insane laugh just explodes out of me. I take advantage of it and build on it with more intentional laughter about nothing at all.
