Hi William – ADHD is a label, and only a label. Self hypnosis, in my opinion, can absolutely help someone to achieve things such as: 1) Better focus; 2) Better awareness of appropriate behavior; 3) Taking ownership for own actions; 4) Goal setting; (and on and on).

Remember ADHD is a label. If you listen to our podcasts you can also relate to this because a label tends to keep you stuck in the present state. Give the situation a NEW label. I recommend BLAP, “Balanced Life Achieving Person”, which I completely just made up, but you can understand that this label suggests a direction, i.e. heading towards the desired state.

Just wanted to say that I still listen to them, because for me, it seems that each time I listen to them, another epithany opens up in my mind about whatever it is, that I am subconsciously thinking about.
